We have two independent options available:

Ritz Manor Apartments is a non-profit seniors secured access housing complex with 25 apartment units linked to the West Perth Village by an enclosed walkway. It is operated by the retirement community of West Perth Village (Villa) at the edge of Mitchell, Ontario and Thames River Place is a seniors Life Lease Townhome community with 25 bungalow units in clusters of 3-4 units along a private driveway overlooking the scenic Thames River.
