What an incredible first year it has been implementing BPSO at West Perth Village.
This milestone reflects the dedication, compassion and commitment to excellence that our team demonstrates every day in providing the highest quality care for our residents. We are proud of all that we have accomplished together, and we look forward to continuing this journey of best practices and continuous improvement.
As part of our celebrations, we were pleased to share highlights from our Alzheimer’s Awareness Walk, our Outreach BBQ, and a special ice cream truck visit that brought smiles to both residents and staff. These moments showcased the strong sense of community and the meaningful connections that make West Perth Village such a special place.
